Dr. Shih-Ming You has held senior roles including Commissioner of Taipei's Department of Finance, Deputy Commissioner of the National Property Administration at the Ministry of Finance, and Section Chief at the Department of Land Administration, Ministry of the Interior. He also served as Deputy CEO of the Taipei Universiade, which hosted delegations from 134 countries.

Dr. You led Taipei's successful bid to host the 2029 ITS World Congress and is scheduled as a speaker at the 2025 ITS World Congress in Georgia. He has visited more than 30 cities across 20 countries to engage with central and local authorities, and lectures regularly at National University on international property use and valuation.
