Marc Scribner is a Senior Transportation Policy Analyst at Reason Foundation based in Washington, D.C., where his work focuses on transportation law, regulation, infrastructure financing, and emerging technologies. He is a member of the Transportation Research Board of the National Academies' Standing Committee on Developments and Advancements in Transportation Technology Law.
