Ing. Mrs. Rita Ohene Sarfoh is a graduate Engineer with a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, M.Sc. in Environmental Science and Technology as well as Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH). She has practised as a Civil/Transportation Engineer and Environmental, Social and Health (ESH) Specialist with 26 years’ experience during which she has been employed by the Ghana Highway Authority for all but one year of her professional career.
