Patience Shuro is an accomplished accountant who has more than 10 years of senior executive experience in finance in the banking industry. She joined the Zimbabwe National Roads Administration (ZINARA) in 2023 from EmpowerBank Ltd, where she was the finance director. Patience had also previously worked for POSB, TPH and Astra Holdings in various positions. Additionally, she has served on a number of boards as a non-executive member. A holder of a Master’s in business administration from UZ and a Bachelor’s in computer science, obtained from UNISA, Patience is a certified expert in financial inclusion (Frankfurt School of Finance), a fellow member of ACCA and an articled clerk.
